Thanks to the emergence of Open AI, even though I am not a native English speaker, I am now able to write in English. However, Open AI is still a work in progress and far from perfect, so I believe there may still be mistakes in my written English and expressions. In the future, I think language learning may no longer be necessary, but I will continue my language learning journey along with my exploration of Open AI. It would be great if, regardless of technology or language, we could create a society where people who were previously disconnected can now connect with each other. It would be great if more people could experience this. In the future, I will also post my own experiences as an immigrant on this blog.

Actually, I've never made paella before, but when I made it exactly like this, it turned out perfectly, so I highly recommend you give it a try.

Easy Seafood Paella for Two: Learn English While Cooking!

First, make the soup, add half of the consomme, 25cc of white wine, and some pinch of saffron to 175cc of water and let it stand for about 20 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 cup of rice, a quarter of an onion, a quarter of each red and green capsicum, approximately 210g of balanced squid, mussels, and shrimp from the frozen seafood mix, quarter can of tomatoes, parsley, and an appropriate amount of salt and pepper.

Next, finely chop the garlic and onion, cut the capsicum into pieces, and season with salt and pepper.

Stir-fry the vegetables in a frying pan with olive oil. Once fried, take it out.

Place the unwashed rice in a frying pan and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the soup you made in advance and a quarter of the can of tomatoes and mix well.

Add the seafood mix and heat over high heat until it boils.

Once it boils, cover with a lid and heat on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Open the lid, add the stir-fried vegetables, and let it steam for about 15 minutes.

After steaming, heat over high heat for about 1 and a half minutes to create a scorched crust, sprinkle with parsley, and serve!
