The ingredients include 1 cup of cooked white rice from a rice cooker, about 6 small leaves of lettuce, 1/4 onion, 2 to 3 centimeters of carrot, 1 piece of ginger, 1 slice of ham, 1 egg.
For seasoning, please adjust salt, pepper, soy sauce, and rice wine to your liking.
Cut the lettuce and ham into pieces about 1cm square, finely chop the onion, carrot, and ginger. Then make beat the egg.
Heat a little more amount of oil in a frying pan.
Once the oil is hot enough, add the egg to the frying pan, followed by the rice, cut ingredients, and seasonings. When the onion becomes translucent and everything is well mixed, it's ready.
