Thanks to the emergence of Open AI, even though I am not a native English speaker, I am now able to write in English. However, Open AI is still a work in progress and far from perfect, so I believe there may still be mistakes in my written English and expressions. In the future, I think language learning may no longer be necessary, but I will continue my language learning journey along with my exploration of Open AI. It would be great if, regardless of technology or language, we could create a society where people who were previously disconnected can now connect with each other. It would be great if more people could experience this. In the future, I will also post my own experiences as an immigrant on this blog.

Recipe for Teriyaki Hamburg Steak (2 Servings) EASY!

For the teriyaki sauce, mix equal amounts of soy sauce, mirin, rice wine, and water in a bowl.

Grate a small piece of ginger into the mixture and stir well.

Adjust the amount according to your preference.

Ingredients

Ground beef: 250g

Onion: 1/2 (finely chopped)

Panko breadcrumbs: 1.5 tablespoons

Milk: 1.5 tablespoons

A little salt and pepper.

Egg: 1

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, finely chopped onion, panko breadcrumbs, milk, salt, pepper, and egg.

Shape the mixture into hamburger patties. Adjust the size according to your preference.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the hamburger patties. Cook until both sides are browned.

Reduce the heat to low, cover with a lid, and steam-cook the hamburgers for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Once the hamburgers are cooked, place them on a plate. Serve with a side of vegetable salad and drizzle the teriyaki sauce on top.

Why not try changing the sauce and making it into a hamburger?

Enjoy your homemade teriyaki hamburg steak!
