Thanks to the emergence of Open AI, even though I am not a native English speaker, I am now able to write in English. However, Open AI is still a work in progress and far from perfect, so I believe there may still be mistakes in my written English and expressions. In the future, I think language learning may no longer be necessary, but I will continue my language learning journey along with my exploration of Open AI. It would be great if, regardless of technology or language, we could create a society where people who were previously disconnected can now connect with each other. It would be great if more people could experience this. In the future, I will also post my own experiences as an immigrant on this blog.

Brush the salmon with grapeseed oil. Place it skin-side down on a baking sheet and grill on medium in the oven.

Then, turn the salmon skin-side up and grill it again. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce.

In a bowl, combine:1 piece of minced ginger1 piece of minced garlic1 tablespoon of soy sauce2 tablespoons of oyster sauce2 tablespoons of chili sauce mix well.

Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven, brush the surface with the sauce, and grill again until the surface is caramelized.

While the salmon is baking, stir-fry the accompanying vegetables and chop green onions for garnish.

Once the salmon is done, check that it is cooked through.

Serve with rice and stir-fried vegetables, and top the salmon with chopped spring onions to finish.
